実は僕がPeavy社の会長にeMailを出しました。メールアドレスは掲載しなかったですが、Peavyサイトの皆は自分の名前@peavy.comとなっていた。じゃぁそれなら会長もそうだろと思いました。まず、テストメールを出しました。直ちに戻ってしまうならアドレスは無効となります。XXX@peavy.comをだしました。なんとか、戻らない。というのは大丈夫でした。では、Peavy社会長にメール送信しました。勿論Peavy社は全然悪くないで解りますが、Peavy会長にPeavyの素晴らしい機材はこの状況で家に着きましたと報告したかっただけです。
Dear Mr. Peavey
I used Peavey gear as a bass player over the last 35 years. And I know that I can trust Peavey to answer to my music needs. That is why when my 16 year old son who is an aspiring DJ, and I decided to get his speaker system ready, of course we turned to Peavey.
Imagine the excitement in my 16-year-old son when we decided to buy two PEAVEY PV 215 DUAL 15 IN 2-WAY and a 2600 POWER AMP. We went through the online process, and although we live in Canada, decided to purchase this fine gear from Musicians Friends in the States, as they deliver to Canada.
Much to our dismay when the speakers arrived in Canada, they were damaged. Now I understand that there are incidentals that happened during shipping, but this was more than that. I know that they certainly didn't leave your facility in the shape; that's for sure. However, during the time that they left the warehouse this large damage occurred. More so, the conditions of the boxes with the good name of Peavey on them were in unacceptable condition. I have attached and pictures for you to see the condition that your speakers arrived at our house in Salmon arm British Columbia Canada. The delivery company was UPS. We have already initiated an exchange for new ones already with Musician's Friend, by the way.
I believe somebody with your high standards and integrity sir would want to know that this is how your fine products arrived at our home. Thank you very much for your time concerning this matter, and my son looks forward to using his new Peavey speakers and power amp to forward his DJ career.
